Total Body Fitness
This is a cross training class working on strength, cardio & core. We lift the heart rate, get some burn in the muscles & work on strengthening the core. This type of training is best known as High Intensity Interval Training. Short & intense.
This class is for all fitness levels as options offered.
Personal Training
This is your personal touch for training. If you’re looking for focus, personal programming, motivation & support, this one on one approach is for you. You set the goals & we achieve them together.
