Wellness is a state of mind, body & soul. Where do I start? I hear you ask. Sometimes we just need guidance, a sense of community & a push on the pause button to help us find our way & truly know what it is we need.
Movement is therapy. You can’t lose. Mindful movement with a sense of awareness is a powerful experience. It has changed my life and certainly is MY WHY. Your why will be unique to you.
We strive for balance of good physical health, being mentally aware & clear, going within without fear & developing a heart of gratitude for all we have. It’s work in progress & always will be. The truth is nobody has their shit together but we can certainly start the journey of self care at any time in our lives.
